I have also purchased a flat here. Rooms are spacious when compared to other premium apartments and even the passage/common area looks very spacious. Ventilation is also well taken care. View from the balcony is very beautiful. I would say "GP Pride" is an apt place for those looking for calm and a peaceful place surrounded by greenery.
